The exact value of sponsorship depends on the number of students in the school. Typically, this number ranges from 30 to 100 students in a school.
Very rough estimate of expense per student per day is Rs 5.5 for the diet prescribed by our experts. So, monthly expense for 50 student school would be Rs 6875 (50 students x Rs 4.75 x 25 days). From yearly budgeting point of view, we can consider 210 school days when mid-day meal would be served – the amount can be roughly approx Rs 57750 for a school of 50 students.
