WHDC SP2 Training – for Suhrid Foundation Teachers

This year, Suhrid Foundation, along with support from one of the donors and WHDC organisation, conducted a wonderful inspirational, motivational, confidence building training for teachers working with Suhrid Foundation. This training was conducted by very able faculty from WHDC (World Human Development Centre) – Mr Harshad Sir and Mr Mayur Nandu Sir.
This was a 2-day training. Team Suhrid, along with faculty from WHDC had put-up in a farm-house in nearby village of Zadpoli. The training sessions were conducted in Janathepada.
The training was attended and very well received by teachers, police patil from Janathepada and few Suhrid members. Sharing some of the experiences by teachers.
This SP2 training has given us one important message. When we take ownership of any work, we also get capability to drive that to the completion. Now, I can very clearly say that “My school is my complete responsibility”. Efforts taken by Suhrid Foundation would surely bear the fruits.

Have attended lot of trainings. Training, which can change life in 2 days, is attended for the first time. It helped us dealing with – negative thoughts which can distract you from your goals, ego which can impact inter-personal relationship, negative thinking.
