Khand – Followup Camp

A follow-up medical camp (i.e. after first medical camp on 14-Oct-12) was held on 17-Nov-12. This camp was to check up the improvements from the medicines provided in the first camp and also provide further medicines and guidance.
The turn-out was less compared to the first camp. However, the results were encouraging and people acknowledged improvements to their health and general condition. Though this initial improvement is based on the medicine, there is a need of achieving further (long-term) improvement based on their right diet and living conditions. Suhrid Foundation is planning to have educational audio visual sessions with people from these villages in the month of march 12.
Some new patients who could not attend the first camp were also attended in this one.
